Junior Client Relationship Manager - Executive Search Firm (0-1 yrs)
What you will be doing (you will enjoy the process) :
- Should be able to manage mix of large/medium and small size clients
- Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Participates in product development by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering
- Identifying client needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
