Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Development for Selection, RPO, Executive Search, Retained Search, Staffing, Outplacement.
- Lead identification, generation and conversion into Key Accounts.
- Exploring, monitoring and developing new markets/ clients, market trends thereby accelerating growth & achieving sales targets
- Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CXO/VP/Functional heads of the prospective organizations
- Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partnering with them for their manpower needs.
- Holding the accountability and responsibility of the annual and monthly revenue targets.
- Forecasting revenue projections and preparing business plan to realize the projections.
- Working closely with the delivery team manager's to ensure seamless delivery through effective key account management.
- Responsible to effectively manage client escalations, lead speedy service recovery and gain greater customer confidence, win back lost clients.
- Responsible for renewal of service agreements with the existing accounts.
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
