Description:

- The Business Development Manager for Enterprise Sales plays a critical role in driving growth and revenue within our enterprise segment.


- This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities with large-scale enterprise clients.


- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Business Development Manager will lead efforts to prospect, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.


- Leveraging a deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, industry trends, and our company's value proposition, you will develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.


- Success in this role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver exceptional value to our enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of EAP services. This includes understanding industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations, including HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership.

- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients, including HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.

- Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges related to employee mental health, wellbeing, and productivity.

- Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of EAP services and demonstrate how they can address the unique needs of each enterprise client.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and align with the organization's objectives.

- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems, and providing regular updates to management.

- Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, stay informed about industry developments, and represent the organization within the EAP community.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in EAP services to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics.
