Junior Brand Manager - BFS (3-8 yrs)
- Development of core Brand elements such as brand positioning, tonality, and value proposition. etc.
- Strategize, plan and execute all online & offline brand marketing campaigns with the goal to build awareness & trust of the brand
- Conduct benchmarking & research in order to develop a deep understanding of the TG
- Be the Brand Custodian, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all external/internal touchpoints
- Manage all brand partnerships/alliances/IPs which can help create awareness and drive traffic to the touchpoints
- Manage campaign budgets, analyze and report basis the defined campaign success metrics and optimize accordingly
- Evaluate, Onboard & Manage Agencies/Vendors to ensure creation of high quality content and creatives
- Co-ordinate for Creative development by collaborating with inhouse design & content teams
