Our Client is Leading FMCG Multinational in Middle East, Looking to hire Professional for Junior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy : Develop and ensure implementation of marketing plans to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets.

Budget Management : Optimize utilization and control of Adpro budget for Southern Africa Region.

Marketing Mix : Develop and implement marketing mix elements for each product, aligning with overall Category and Business/Marketing Plans.

Marketing Support : Ensure marketing support for each product, including communication strategy, artwork, promotional plans, media planning, digital marketing, packaging, pricing decisions, and product development.

Strategy Development : Develop long-term and short-term strategies to drive business growth.

Agency Management : Ensure optimal utilization of agency resources (market research agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies).

Market Research : Develop market research briefs and interpret research findings.

Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis, sales analysis, territory reports, ORG reports, competition tracking, media tracking, profitability tracking, and NPD management.

Reporting : Ensure timely reporting of marketing performance, including monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing and trade marketing grids.

Salon Activation : Manage NPD projects from concept to launch, manage salon educators, and ensure salon coverage as per targets.

Key Tasks :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for each product

- Manage Adpro budget for Southern Africa Region

- Develop marketing mix elements (communication strategy, artwork, promotional plans, etc.)

- Manage agency resources (market research agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies)

- Conduct market research and analyze findings

- Develop market research briefs

- Interpret research findings

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Develop pricing strategies

- Manage NPD projects from concept to launch

- Manage salon educators and activations

- Ensure timely reporting of marketing performance

Must Have:

- FMCG Experience in hair care

- Full time MBA with Marketing Background

- 3-4 Years of Brand management ( Ethnic Hair care / Oral care / Skin care Products)
