Junior Brand Manager (1-3 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for :
A. Develop insights for business.
B. Own and understand consumer decision journey and develop/implement to address desired touch points.
C. Map POS collaterals for B2C channel and ensure appropriate collaterals are available to:
A. Influence levers in Consumer Decision Journey.
B. In Line with channel segmentation.
D. Accountable for a brand track with ownership I delivering an increase in - Likely to buy scores- .
E. Own the Brand and is accountable for maintaining/defining the positioning for and associated sub brands.
F. Standardise brand assets for the business.
G. Develop the brand communication and works with Agency Brand Planning and Creative.
H. Co works with Digital lead for effective communication in digital space.
I. Will be measured on deliverables on the brand funnel and media efficiency.
