Junior Acquisition Manager - Sales - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
- We Are Hiring One of the India's Largest leading Banking sector.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in the branch
- Work In Open Market.
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch
- Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, emailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 1-3 years in sales of (BFSI)
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate must have Insurance sector knowledge
- Must have their own vehicle
