Junior Acquisition Manager - Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
We Are Hiring for India's largest Banking Sector. Your main duty as an assistant acquisition manager will be to support the planning, creation, and implementation of acquisition strategies to spur growth and increase the organization's clientele.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- To maximize acquisition efforts, work with the acquisition manager to determine target audiences, conduct market research, and review customer data.
- Support the creation and execution of acquisition plans and campaigns to meet corporate goals.
- Track and assess campaign performance metrics, offer commentary, and offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.
- Assist with financial planning and budget management for acquisition activities.
- Work in concert with cross-functional teams, including the product, sales, and creative teams, to match acquisition initiatives with overarching company objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Aa bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The capacity to function well in a team environment
