Junior Account Manager - IT (0-2 yrs)
Role : Jr. Account Manager
Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Location : Remote Shift - US (5:00 PM to Midnight)
The Role :
- Should be able to manage a mix of small size clients
- Develops new business by analysing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales
- Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business
- Interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with the customer
- Identifying and evaluating additional needs;
- Analysing opportunities.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
- Participates in product development by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Identifying client needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products,analysing and relaying customer reactions.
- Client Facing
- Must be from a reputed university
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
