Jungleworks - Team Lead - Domestic Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
We're seeking a Team Lead - Domestic Sales to drive SME B2B sales, particularly targeting small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. As a TL, you'll play a crucial role in making these businesses understand the benefits of adopting our Fatafat product to scale their operations.
Your Role & Responsibilities :
- Take charge of ensuring the team meets its targets by overseeing the cultivation and nurturing of relationships with potential franchisees.
- Spearhead presentations and demonstrations showcasing the benefits of joining our network and how our tech platform enhances business operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance to optimize their use of our tech platform and marketing resources.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights from franchisees.
- Utilize this feedback to inform continuous improvements and enhancements to our tech platform and support services.
You should have :
- Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of team handling experience, demonstrating their ability to effectively lead and manage a team towards achieving goals.
- They should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in industries such as SaaS, Edtech, or B2B franchise, showcasing their ability to drive revenue and foster business partnerships.
- A strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations is essential, enabling candidates to effectively articulate the benefits of our tech solutions to prospective franchisees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as candidates will need to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees and internal teams.
- Candidates should be highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion within the franchise network.
- They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, providing candidates with a solid foundation in business principles and strategies.
