Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives, through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top college/university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn about software solutions and their applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not mandatory.
