JumpingMinds - Sales/Business Development Role (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring for passionate - Business Development /Sales to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will be responsible for getting new clients on board and build solid relationship with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches and identifying new business opportunities .
Responsibilities :
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cold Calling
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and otherdocuments as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Requirements and Skills :
- Candidates with prior experience of at least 2-5years in B2B sales, preferably
Healthcare sales or Insurance Sales / Prior start-up experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Growth mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn more and push the boundaries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Is entrepreneurial and independent, a self-starter who takes ownership exhibits integrity and attention to detail
- The successful candidate would be interfacing directly with Founders and making a high-value impact; hence, candidates with an aggressive business mindset and acumen would be required.
