JR7 Fincas is setting up its branch all over Tamil Nadu, hence we are looking for high-energy, motivated sales people to join our dynamic team. Require minimum 2 years of experience in selling financial products, however experience is not a constraint for a highly skilled target oriented candidates. Job Responsibilities

- Serves customers by helping them to select products.

- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

- Monitor Branch sales and generate leads(for BM)

- Achieves individual target and motivates the team to achieve the team targets(for BM) Responds to customers' questions.

- Directs customers for Right scheme.

- Provides outstanding customer service.

- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

- Alerts management of potential security issues.

- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of new schemes based on their potential interest.
