Josh Talks - Product & Growth Manager (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Will have analyze and understand user behaviours.
- Design features according to their research and analysis.
- Set goals and milestones for the project, analyze metrics and build the roadmap of the product accordingly.
- Set growth system and distribution channels and strategies.
- Talk to users and understand them (the target audience).
- Most importantly, scale the product.
The kind of person we're looking for is someone:
- who has taken a (digital) product from 0 users to X amount of users,
- who is an extremely good problem solver,
- who can drive product-focused research,
- who can communicate the product details and strategy to the team,
- who can set goals and milestones for the project, analyze metrics and build the roadmap of the product accordingly,
- who can gather data and analyze it,
- who can analyze and understand user behavior,
Plus points, if the person has studied Psychology or Behavioral Science in college.
