Jolly Clamps - Technical Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
1) Market research for probable customers & enquires.
- Generate new leads for expanding the business.
2) Stay in regular touch with key clients (existing and prospective), maintain professional relationships, and assist in the conversion of inquiries to sales orders.
3) Correspond and communicate updates to customers about the technical queries or any status updates (proto/pilot).
4) Providing samples for probable enquiries & follow up to get FTR of submitted samples.
5) Conducting pre-sales & post-sales activity for new project parts until handover to the regular sales team.
6) Forecast planning for RM plan in case of new project parts.
7) To raise demand for sample requisition SR, proposal drawing, any other required reports by customers from the company internal team.
8) Following up for approval of submitted part to the customer.
9) Review on Customer Complaint Register weekly closure.
