Job Overview :
We're in search of a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team at Jollee. As the Social Media Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our social media strategy, primarily focusing on Instagram. Your main responsibilities will revolve around building and nurturing our community, driving engagement and awareness, and managing influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy : Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Jollee's brand objectives and values, with a primary focus on Instagram. Continuously refine the strategy based on insights and emerging trends.
- Build and Nurture a Community : Cultivate a strong and engaged community of users and brand loyalists on social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Foster meaningful interactions, conversations, and connections within the community.
- Content Creation and Curation : Develop captivating and on-brand content for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, and IGTV. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Brand Advocacy and Engagement : Proactively engage with our audience across social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Encourage user-generated content and amplify positive brand sentiment.
- Influencer Marketing : Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics and KPIs to track the performance of campaigns, content, and community engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in social media management, with a focus on Instagram.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with children's brands or parenting communities is preferred.
