D C Johar and Sons is a 70 Year Old company, Our National distribution division is based at Bangalore (www.JoharsGroup.com).
E-commerce is a key priority and focus area for us. We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to expand our presence and establish various D C Johar brands .
Ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record in scaling up online business in the food or FMCG or CPG space. They should be a go getter with a roll up the sleeve attitude and experience working for and growing at fast pace ! There are enough and more rewards for the exceptional candidate who comes in with passion, dedication and commitment to make DCJ Brands as leading digital brands in Food or FMCG or CPG space.
Key responsibilities include :
1. Develop an annual sales revenue and cost plan and be 100% accountable to deliver on the same
2. Grow revenue and margins on market places and E Com channels and own E Com site.
3. Partner with new and promising e-commerce platforms
4. Formulate and execute a winning Direct to Consumer (D2C) business strategy
5. Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and value propositions to target audience
6. Develop and execute a robust social media strategy and plan
