Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive sales con-ordination with a view to ensuring that sales targets are met

- Maintain client confidentiality

- Meeting target number of outbound calls as required

- Ensuring quality standards are maintained over client interaction.

- Providing project information and guidance to client

- Providing timely MIS

- Support project launches & other sales & marketing campaigns that are run from time to time through outbound calling & ensuring fulfilment.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Excellent command on English and Hindi must.

- Familiarity with real estate concepts, procedures and regulatory framework

- Knowledge of Mumbai location and market place.

- Strong communication skills - convey information effectively.

- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas.

- Team player. Interacting in a friendly and professional manner with customers.

- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.

- Graduation is must.

- Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
