We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers via phone, email, or chat, solving problems and providing guidance with patience and professionalism. Key Responsibilities :


- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).


- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved inquiries.


- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Technical Proficiency :


- Comfortable navigating basic computer systems and online tools. Training is provided!


- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required-we'll provide the training!
