Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive at JK Securities Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our clients. 5. Educate clients on financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless client service delivery.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market developments, and company policies.
9. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
10. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
