JK Cement - Sales & Marketing Officer (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Achieving sales (Trade) targets
- Dealer and Retailers network management & development (Maintaining good business relationship with the network in view to achieve sales growth)
- Coordinate with accounts dept. for raising of invoice & outstanding/ collection statements
- Responsible for preparing and filing of sales data for all network.
- Organizing and implementing customer awareness programmes/ Coordinate technical activities alongwith CTS team
- Responsible for collection of outstanding amounts of dealers
- Distribution of branding material, company gifts etc.
- Retailers enrolment in co. schemes (ARS)
- Take regular balance confirmation from stockists
- Query and complaints handling of network.
- Retail distribution management in assigned territory.
- Planning activities of outsourced sales personnel reporting to him and ensure compliance.
- SFA/ JCP Adherence
- Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers.
Measurable Deliverable :
- Sales no.
- Adherence to market coverage plan
- Network expansion
- No. of promotional events (planned vs. actual)
