JK Cement - Executive - Sales & Marketing (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Manage Channel / Projects sales in the assigned district/s
- Conduct visits to stockists/ Dealers/ customers
- Procurement of orders for achieving sales targets
- Coordinate with accounts dept. for raising of invoice & collections and generate MIS for the sales trends in the territory, Market intelligence/ demand generation etc.
- Organizing and implementing customer awareness programmes
- Coordinate technical activities alongwith CTS team
- Responsible for collection of outstanding amounts of dealers
- Painters enrolment in co. schemes
- Retailers enrolment in co. schemes
- Take regular balance confirmation from stockists
- To provide assistance to manager in implementing marketing plans and strategies.
- Responsible for preparing and filing of sales data for all network.
- Query and complaints handling of network.
- Retail distribution management in assigned territory
- JCP Adherence
- Communication to network about Co. Schemes
- Impart training to stockiest & retailer manpower and FOS personnel
Measurable Deliverable :
- Sales no.
- Adherence to market coverage plan
- Painter enrolment in Co. Schemes
- Increase in retailer base/ Retailer enrolment in Co. Schemes
- Performance of FOS personnel (on sales conversion and market visit targets)
