Job Summary :
- Responsible for overall sales growth in the region assigned to him
- Extensive travelling required to monitor and analyze market trends, studying competitor's product and services strategy, executing marketing strategies and Plans are the major job responsibilities for this position.
- Managing the team (e.g. ensure JCP adherence by team)
- Good Credit Management
- Develop the trade network
- Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers.
- Coordinating CTS activities.
- Manage Primary sales
- Efficient C & F Operations

Qualification :
- MBA Marketing
Experience :
- 8 to 11 years (preferably from Paints, tyres and lubricants industry)
Personal Attributes :
- Pleasing personality
- Fluency in local language
