Jivo Wellness - Sales Head - Canteen Sales Department (7-16 yrs)
- Handling client of Canteens of all over India.
- Developing maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots with their teams
- To increase sales with Canteens.
- Visit Unit Run Canteen (URC) in a fixed frequency
- Monitor Depot Fill Rate stock Control from WSP to Depot from Depot to URCs
- Managing the ordering cycle from the URC to the Depot
- Sell-in Input Schemes, AVF Monitoring, etc.
- Sell-Out Promoters Merchandisers supervision
- Negotiate with the URCs for merchandising elements (Like Racks, etc.)
- Supervision of Service Providers
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi
- Having exposure of CSD sales.
- Handing operations like loading / unloading / transportation etc.
- Strong Communication / Interpersonal Skills.
- Negotiation influencing Skills.
