Job Overview :
Interacting with foreign physicians to grow and activate our network will be your main duty as the Business Development Team Leader. In order to create enduring relationships, you will oversee a group of inside sales staff, create plans to connect with possible physicians, and make sure that there is efficient communication.

Requirements :
- Experience : At least one year in a team management position and two to five years of inside sales experience are required.
- Having industry knowledge is beneficial. Preferable is prior experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in cross-border healthcare services or medical tourism.
- Communication Proficiency : Outstanding written and spoken English communication abilities. Being fluent in French is advantageous.
- Team management skills : a track record of successfully inspiring and guiding a sales team to meet goals.
- Interpersonal Skills : Capable of engaging and influencing professionals from around the world, with strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to evaluate sales data, draw conclusions, and put those conclusions into practice is known as analytical skills.
Responsibilities and Roles :
- Team management involves overseeing, coaching, and managing a group of inside salespeople to make sure they reach their goals.
- Network Expansion : proactively contact foreign physicians by phone, email, and other means to explain Jivo and its advantages.
- Relationship Building : Build trusting relationships with foreign physicians by learning about their problems and providing specialized solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Create and put into action efficient sales plans to increase communication and interaction with possible network partners.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance while offering frequent coaching and feedback to guarantee ongoing progress is known as performance tracking.
- Reporting : Create and deliver frequent reports to senior management on pipeline status, sales activity, and team performance tracking.
