Job Overview :


Your main duty as the Business Development Team Leader will be to interact with foreign physicians in order to grow and activate our network. You will oversee a group of inside sales agents, create plans to connect with possible physicians, and make sure that there is good communication in order to create enduring bonds.

Requirements :

- Experience : At least two to five years of inside sales experience, including at least one year managing a team.

- Knowledge of the industry is beneficial. It is ideal if you have prior expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical tourism or cross-border healthcare services.

- Communication Skills : Proficient in both written and spoken English. Speaking French fluently is advantageous.

- Team Management Skills : demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a sales force to meet goals.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with and influence professionals from around the world are examples of interpersonal skills.

- Analytical Skills : The capacity to examine sales data, draw conclusions, and put those conclusions into practice.

Functions and Accountabilities :

- Team Management : Oversee, guide, and lead a group of inside salespeople to make sure they accomplish their goals.

- Network Expansion : proactively present Jivo and its advantages to foreign physicians by phone, email, and other means of contact.

- Relationship Building : Develop and preserve solid connections with foreign physicians by learning about their requirements and providing specialized care.

- Sales Strategy : To maximize outreach and interaction with possible network partners, create and implement efficient sales strategies.

- Performance tracking : Keep an eye on and evaluate team performance while offering frequent coaching and feedback to guarantee ongoing progress.

- Reporting : Create and deliver to top management on a regular basis information on pipeline status, sales activity, and team performance.
