Job Overview:
As the Inside Sales Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to engage with international doctors to expand our network. You will lead a team of inside sales representatives, develop strategies to reach out to potential doctors, and ensure effective communication to build lasting relationships.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge Good to have: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, especially in medical tourism or cross-border healthcare services, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in French languages is a plus.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence international professionals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, derive insights, and implement improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.
Network Expansion: Proactively reach out to international doctors through calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Jivo and its benefits.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international doctors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize outreach and engagement with potential network partners.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and team performance to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to optimize outreach efforts.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from doctors to the relevant teams to improve Jivo's offerings and services.
