Work location: Gurgaon

- The job description for As a DoctorNetworkAssociate At Jivo, you will be a key player in our efforts to expand into the African market.


- Your main duty will be to ensure that African doctors from the chosen African countries can efficiently treat patients by supporting their integration and onboarding them onto the Jivo platform.


- Language competency, persuasive communication abilities, the greatest level of ownership, and a willingness to get their hands dirty are all necessary for this position.

Functions and Accountabilities:

- International Business Development: It is crucial to extending and acquiring our network of African doctors.


- Our growth and presence in the area will be directly impacted by your efforts.


- Serving as our African doctors' main point of contact, relationship management makes sure they have the resources they need to provide outstanding care.


- Patient Support: Make sure patients have a friendly and easy journey from Africa to India for treatment.

International Business Development :

- Foster and grow our network of African doctors, directly influencing our expansion and presence in the region.

- Act as the primary liaison for African doctors, ensuring open communication and strong relationships.

- Equip doctors with the necessary tools and support to deliver top-notch healthcare.

Patient Support :

- Ensure a smooth and welcoming journey for African patients traveling to India for medical treatment.

- Provide a seamless, hassle-free experience for patients from start to finish.

- Offer comprehensive support in travel arrangements, medical coordination, and overall patient well-being.

Requirements:

- Experience of 0-1 Years Preferred

- Graduates in 2025 or earlier seeking a chance to advance their corporate careers Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in interpersonal and communication abilities. The capacity to quickly learn and adapt in a changing environment.

- At ease with uncertainty.
