Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Associate at Jivo, you will be responsible for reaching out to International Doctors, introducing them to our services at Jivo, and ensuring they move ahead on their journey with Jivo. You will play a critical role in expanding our International Doctor base and ensuring that patients have access to high-quality medical care abroad.

Compensation:

3 months Probation

Post Probation: Annual CTC of - 4-6 LPA

Requirements :

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical tourism industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain positive relationships.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential African Doctors through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.

Client Outreach : Initiate contact with prospective African Doctors, presenting Jivo's medical tourism services and explaining the benefits.

Sales Conversion : Follow up on leads, answer client inquiries, and guide them through the decision-making process to secure their engagement.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with African Doctors, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term engagement.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to African Doctor acquisition and satisfaction.

Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to the Jivo leadership team.

Market Feedback : Gather and communicate client feedback to help improve Jivo's services and offerings.
