JIVA Ayurveda - Manager - Social Media (3-12 yrs)
What you will be doing :
- Social Media Community Manager is essentially the personality and the glue of any online community. This role is responsible for growing the online community, maintaining a high level of engagement through a variety of strategies and tactics, enhancing the community with relevant connections to social media channels, and generally keeping the conversations active and useful.
- Be the social platform and audience specialist, leading the team in all new tools and analytics capabilities across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Develop, lead creation and manage editorial calendar, creative and cadence to drive growth of followers, engagement and sales across key social channels.
- Execute Influencer campaigns and content creator activations.
- Build tracking links using Adjust on a regular basis.
- Help to oversee the approval process for all campaigns, initiatives and assets.
- Regular reporting to wider organisation on current community trends, sentiment and channel performance.
An ideal candidate will have the following
- Creative thinker; always on the lookout for new ways to insert the brand into the conversation.
- Social Media/Community Management experience.
- Understanding of all social platforms and their roles in an organization.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
