Jiva Ayurveda - Business Development Lead (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Opportunity assessment, business development and planning - You will be involved in developing existing business, assessing new business opportunities, strategies and operating models for new ventures and new initiatives/segments of JIVA.
2. Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives for the business
3. To assist BU Leaders in the AOP (Short Term) and Strategic (Long Term) planning process.
4. Developing broader and deeper knowledge of Ayurveda methodologies and market through on the job experience and training
5. Direct internal teams through consistent participation in team meetings
6. Leading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development
7. This position would be responsible to act as a key liaison between the Business Development & Strategy (BD & S) plans and the Business Units (BU's).
8. Create presentations on strategies & present to the upper management
The role envisages new and existing business development and out of the box thinking
