JindalX - Social Media Strategist (4-6 yrs)
Social Media Marketing :
- Strategizing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in planning and executing a comprehensive social media calendar.
- Strong skills in crafting engaging and effective captions for posts.
- Implementing strategies to increase social media reach, engagement, likes, and followers.
- Responsible to create, manage, and share daily posts to all applicable social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Develop creative and innovative content paired with visual brilliance that drives higher engagement with current followers and increases the reach to new followers
- Co-ordinate with design/branding team for creating relevant creatives and infographics for social media posts
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Research and monitor social media trends and create content accordingly
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Content management including research and writing
Internal Marketing :
- Devise comprehensive internal marketing plans to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
- Create engaging and informative content for internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and various departments to gather information, share updates, and align communication strategies with organizational goals
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across internal communications to reinforce company values and identity
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B IT services/SaaS company background
- Should be well versed with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good content writing skills. Good creativity and visualization skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for internal communications.
- Familiarity with communication platforms and technologies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage time, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Analytical skills to measure the success of social media campaigns and make datadriven decisions
- Certifications in social media marketing and Google Analytics are a plus
