JindalX - Marketing Analyst (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated, data and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst/Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective ABM campaigns to engage and nurture our customer base, drive sales, and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Analyst/Specialist must have some understanding of email marketing best practices, copywriting skills, and some experience with email marketing software and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across various industries, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize platforms like Mailmodo, Zoho, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc., to optimize and automate email funnels.
- Implement lead scoring mechanisms to prioritize and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage and maintain the email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Also, utilize tools like zoominfo to add new data to the existing database.
- Monitor and analyse email marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize email content, design, and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Mass communication or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing automation and operations, or a related role.
- Understanding of platforms like Mailmodo, Zoho, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc. (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with lead scoring methodologies and funnel optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Highly curious, hustler and numbers-driven with a passion for understanding customer behaviour.
