JindalX - Manager - Marketing Operation (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize marketing workflows, processes, and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platform, project management tools).

- Manage and maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy and segmentation is done for effective campaigns and sales outreach activities

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting target audiences, personalizing content, managing performance through A/B testing and optimization, and tracking/reporting on key metrics to achieve campaign goals.

- Develop and implement marketing campaign plans, budgets, and timelines for strategic accounts (ABM Marketing)

- Design and develop strategies for thought leadership events, community led outreach campaigns for brand awareness and demand generation purposes

- Develop a social media strategy, build content calendar and co-ordinate the execution

- Support with creative production and asset management.

- Collaborate with marketing team members (copywriters, designers, social media managers) to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

- Assist with vendor management and oversee marketing project budgets.

- Stay current on marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience in handling various B2B data management platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io etc.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) a plus.

- Strong data analysis skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
