JindalX - Document Writer/Content Writer (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop SOPs : Create and maintain detailed standard operating procedures for various RCM functions, including patient registration, insurance verification, medical billing, coding, collections, and payment posting.
Process Mapping : Design and update process maps to visually represent workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Training Materials : Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules, to facilitate staff training and onboarding.
Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts, department heads, and team members to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of all content.
Quality Assurance : Review and revise existing documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure that all documentation remains current and relevant.
Project Management : Manage projects including coordinating with different departments and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials, preferably within the healthcare RCM industry.
- Should have experience in project management, working with clients to get sign offsand approval on documentation
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and terminology.
Mandatory Skills :
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare RCM is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and training materials
- Ability to identify and close knowledge gaps between vendors and clients
- Skills in collecting and using feedback to enhance training materials and documentation
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or similar certification is a plus.
