JindalX - Assistant Manager/Manager - Inside Sales - Healthcare Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize various prospecting techniques (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for Account Executives with qualified leads.
- Generate high-quality leads that align with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Research and understand the needs and challenges of target markets and individual prospects.
- Utilize a qualification framework to determine the viability of leads and prioritize them for further engagement.
- Effectively handle objections and address concerns to move leads further down the sales funnel.
- Build rapport and maintain communication with qualified leads through email, phone calls, and other channels.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, qualification rates, and appointment setting metrics.
Role Requirement :
- 1-3 years of experience in generating leads through cold calling, emailing in the US Market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
