Job Description For ECommerece Manager : 


Driving the sales through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket. Swiggy, Udaan, Jiomart, CRED, and so on, and bringing new ones on board as and when they launch

- Creating and executing Sales & Pricing strategies to achieve 300% growth in a year

- Owning the P&L of the Ecommerce Segment

- Bringing Operational Efficiency through Supply Chain and Operations Management - Working with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify product assortment gaps

- Planning and executing promotional campaigns across all Marketplaces

- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

- Driving Efficiency in Accounts Reconciliations, Accounts Receivables and optimizing Terms of Trade

- Taking business decisions based on analysis of sales trends to maintain category leadership and growth of sales

- Working with the NPD Team to develop new products to achieve our goal of 300% growth in 12 months and category leadership

- Relationship Management with Account Managers

- Working very closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on SEO & AMS

- Will be working closely with the marketing team on SEO, creating a demand on the end consumer segments on Nutty Gritties

- Close working relationship with the CRM department to understand customer feedback and take business decisions according to that

- Working on setting processes within E-commerce department wherever needed Others

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Building relationships with Account Managers across Ecommerce channels

2) Preparing and executing Sales Growth Strategies

3) Working with the Operations team to ensure product fulfillment at warehouses

4) Identifying and bridging product gaps for launching

5) Provide training as per the gaps identified, mentoring and supervision of team to ensure high performance, skill upgradation and leadership development

6) Analyze Month Wise Region Wise Product Sales and making strategies accordingly

7) Identify new opportunities to increase Nutty Gritties Digital presence.

8) Research and monitor existing client base and industry developments 9) Pricing Analysis across competitors and markets to prepare a pricing strategy maintaining the brands premium positioning.

1) Minimum 4-5 years of Sales Experience in a middle senior leadership role

2) Minimum 3 years experience in growing sales in Ecommerce with at least a 3X growth journey 3) Executed marketing strategies to position the right product in the right market
