Role Description

This is a full-time IT Sales Executive role located in Noida and is on-site. You will be responsible for driving new business, developing client relationships and partnerships, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves working towards expanding the company's market presence and identifying new revenue streams that leverage JIT's development expertise and digital marketing solutions to best fit the client's business needs.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Previous experience with IT Services Sales, Technical Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales preferably with software development companies

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Good networking skills and experience with lead generation and prospecting

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines

- Flexibility to work on weekends or after hours as required

- Detail-oriented and highly organized with experience in using CRM software

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
