JetSetGo - Manager - Marketing (6-12 yrs)
Position: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager
Purpose: To support the Chief Marketing Officer in the execution of campaigns, events and general marketing initiatives to help meet the business objectives of the group and its affiliate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the annual marketing plan to drive forward the company's objectives
- Manage PR and media agencies to position the Company as the leader in the industry and further enhance the company's image and brand awareness
- Measure the effectiveness of each campaign depending on the set objectives, with a focus on digital media and effectiveness
- Edit, maintain and update content of the Company's website and all e-marketing programs
- Manage the production of marketing materials when needed. This can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
- Manage the selection and cataloguing of corporate giveaways and promotional items in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitor and customer prospects activity through effective offline and online marketing intelligence tools
- Manage social media pages and social media agencies
- Prepare data for weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports for sharing with senior management team
- Additional tasks may be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing would be preferred
- A minimum of 3 + years of proven experience in a similar capacity
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Must be proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) & have a good understanding of Social Media.
- Strong organizational and time - management abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidelines under tight deadlines
