JetLearn - Executive - Telecalling - Presales Segment (2-4 yrs)
About the job :
This is an opportunity to work directly with a European EdTech startup based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company provides after-school coding and robotics classes to students from age 6-16 years.
We are looking for a PreSales Executive to work with inbound and outbound leads.
Start date: ASAP / Immediately
Employment Type: Full-time, remote
Compensation: Industry standard with performance-linked incentive

Responsibilities:
- Have experience with PreSales (to book meetings, demo or trial classes) over the Phone or have experience in sales over the Phone
- Have experience with international clients
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Follow-up with customers - Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Manage day-to-day operations (CRM, Email & Chat)
- Working hours - This role will require flexibility on hours - on some days early morning or late night hours might be required
- Be responsible for timeliness, lead conversion and team management.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of the trial
- Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills quickly
Skills Required :
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Basic technology skills
- High learning ability to understand the industry, geography, key terminologies, concepts, and -product quickly to be effective in the role
Ideal backgrounds :
- Experience in Edtech Industry
- PreSales/PostSales
