JetLearn - Academic Counselor - Sales (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities of the role include :
- Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities
- Do outbound calling(feedback calls to the parents) on the leads taking trial classes
- Counsel parents and guide them towards suitable courses
- Clearly communicate details of the courses & pricing to the prospects
- Responding to parent queries over emails/WA and following up consistently
- Maintain CRM and database of prospects
- Responsible to achieve lead conversion targets for every month

Desired Education, Experience & Competencies Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary
- The ideal candidate would have experience of 2-4 years only in sales/business development/admissions counseling in a B2C environment. Prior experience in the education industry would be helpful but not mandatory.
- Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Should be a self-starter, have high levels of motivation, enthusiasm and a never say die attitude
- Good work ethic, ability to work in an unstructured start-up environment, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
