2. Key Accountabilities:
- Generate leads for potential franchisee appointments, creating a business plan and proposition of the brand
- Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
- Create, negotiate and close franchise agreements
- Will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
- Identify best suitable location and facilitate sign-up of new centres
- Co-ordinate with sales team, identify non-performing centres and transfer the centres to new business partner/ franchise
- Gather market intelligence on various models and structures, benchmark with the best practice and create, update and modify the sales strategy
- Screen, filter and finalize potential franchise partners through extensive background checks by understanding their prior business experience, financial capability and commitment towards education business
- Make presentation to various stakeholders on franchisee model
- Maintain a good working relationship with new franchisees and provide feedback to management
3. Qualifications & Experience:

- Mandatory: Graduate, MBA Preferred
