Roles & Responsibilities :

- Communicating with customers and determining their requirements

- Answering queries of clients and customers and providing information

- Implementing solutions and clarifying issues

- Selling services, completing transactions, forwarding requests

- Maintaining call center database

- Enhancing business opportunities with lead conversion

- Exploring opportunities and adding value to accomplishments.
