Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Jet A Fly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the travel arrangements industry, focusing on both domestic and international travel services. This is a target-based role that requires a proactive approach to business development, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the travel industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present and sell Jet A Fly's travel services (flight bookings, hotel bookings, tour packages, etc.) to new clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer details in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Regularly attend networking events and conferences to expand the company's presence in the travel industry.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including trends and customer preferences, is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets under pressure.
