- Telesales representative, primary responsibility is to engage potential customers over the phone, build relationships, and persuade them to purchase products or services. You will work from a call center or office environment, using telecommunication tools such as phones, headsets, and computer systems.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, cold calling lists, or customer databases.
- Introduce products or services to customers, explaining their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and address any concerns or objections.
- Present persuasive sales pitches and promotional offers to generate interest and close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
