Job Description:
- Experience: 3+ years in SaaS sales, specializing in selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in the US market, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative Approach: You take a solutions-oriented approach to business development and client success efforts.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch value offerings effectively.
- Proactive: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented.
- Driven: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM softwares and keeping it consistently updated.
- Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with US geography and experience in closing for software product and service sales.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Client Presentations & Demos: Present our SaaS solutions through compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and needs.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts and effectively close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
- Activity Management: Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
- Feedback and Relationship Building: Engage with current customers, gather feedback, and ensure they're maximizing their use of Jeeva.ai, driving renewals and upsells.
- Drive Growth: Be a key player in helping us close 100+ customers per month and maintain momentum in our revenue pipeline. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
