Jeeva.ai is hiring for the position of Inside Sales Lead
Job Description:
- Team Management & Mentorship : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Target Achievement : Ensure that each BDE meets their respective daily, weekly, and monthly targets through regular performance monitoring and support.
- Lead by Example : Be willing to lead the role by example and meet self-imposed targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the sales process.
- Training & Development : Provide ongoing training to BDEs on product knowledge, best practices, cold calling techniques, and other sales strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Sales Metrics Monitoring : Track and monitor sales metrics regularly to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and achieve KPIs.
- Reporting & Feedback : Provide regular updates on team performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement : Continuously refine inside sales processes and techniques to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- Foster a Positive Team Environment : Create an atmosphere of support, collaboration, and motivation to ensure a high-performance team culture.
