- Promote the company's brand through installation of stalls in institution and exhibition

- Advertising the requirements and promoting them through business websites
Key Account Management :
- Interfacing with key clients for mapping requirements, making presentations and delivering need based service solutions.
- Handling the Key accounts and mining for requirements.
- Proactive action of creating the database and serving the client at the proper time
- Getting the quarterly and half yearly need from the client for pre equipping ourselves.
- Merging with the key clients project for better understanding
- Focusing on the clients pain point for serving them better
- Maintaining the smooth relation with the present resource and the prospective resource
- Guiding the recruitment team for closing the position ASAP
- Arranging for a technical or second level discussion with the client for a better understanding of JD if the requirement is very niche
- End to End responsible for the resource in client place
- Ensuring the Billing properly
- Ensuring the collection properly on time
- Ensuring the better atmosphere of recruitment process in the team
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
- Creating Account Dossier.
Other responsibilities :
- Generate prospects through cold calls, scheduled meet and relationship marketing
- Assisting seniors through follow up and relationship building
- Bridging technical team and client in case of necessity
- Client presentation and servicing
- Map client account
- Building long term relationship with the senior management for relationship marketing
- Get referrals from the relationship to develop business
- Regular follow up
- Progress an account towards closure
- Brand building through emails and client visits
- Promotion and service awareness
