Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with retailers in the assigned areas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Conduct market surveys to identify potential retailers and assess their background and market reputation.

2- Develop and implement a strategic plan to target retailers and increase sales in the assigned areas.

3- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

4- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

5- Negotiate sales agreements and terms with retailers, ensuring timely payment recovery.

6- Provide product demonstrations and training to retailers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

7- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to support sales efforts.

8- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

9- Manage assigned budget for market visits and sales activities effectively.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint or related industry.

- Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
