Urgent Hiring for Myntra E-commerce Online sales - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary :

- Responsible for the following portals -Myntra. Experience in any other portal will give advantage

- Update Inventory- All Seller Portals-Everyday

- Give Orders every morning to DOP- All Portals- Everyday-Coordinating with other departments to fulfill the online delivery of items to the end customer ordered on web platform

- Ensure all orders are entered in the ERP system

- Follow up on order statuses and coordinate with customers for return pick up

- Give RTV-All Portals

- Listing and Updating Products on all portals

- Follow up with Seller Support for Issues

- Customer Service

- Learn how to enter Web orders and Web RTV in JDE

- Learn Order Tracking System, JDE Basics (Related to Web)

- Developing the display matters of the products on ecommerce platforms-Write and optimize content for Ecommerce platforms

- Managing Advertising Campaigns on various portals

- Inventory Management and maintain inventory refill rate

- Discover optimum pricing for products on all portals

- Identify bestselling products and promote them on all portals

- Coordinating with Portal Account managers for listings promotions etc.
